Systems In Motion’s client engagement model is designed with three critical objectives in mind:

  1. Reduce project, program and business risk during transition
  2. Ensure integration and alignment between teams
  3. Improve productivity, flexibility and technology leverage

Systems In Motion follows a three-step engagement process. Each step is designed to progressively improve productivity, integration and risk management.

client engagement model

Quick Start and Business Alignment

The initial client engagement is focused on business alignment and integration. This allows Systems In Motion’s service teams and practice leadership to work closely with the client’s IT leadership, primarily on-site, in a team augmentation model, to understand processes, environment and infrastructure. Optimization at this stage is about right-sizing teams, leveraging our industry expertise to rationalize technology and application portfolios, and define project roadmaps that align with business growth drivers.

Project Carve-outs

In the next step of the engagement, Systems In Motion works with the client technology teams to carve out a project, or managed service portfolio to establish the Onshore Center of Expertise. The Onshore delivery center takes ownership of programs that require tight integration, but are not business critical, and can be outsourced in a managed service environment. The projects or functions are managed by senior Systems In Motion practice leaders in close collaboration with client technology managers and services delivered in adherence to client processes.

Scalable Onshore IT Transformation

Or as we like to call it "Technology TransforMotion".

Mature relationships, where the engagements allow Systems In Motion to bring asset leverage as well as core domain expertise, are structured in a value-sharing method to drive scalability and greater Onshore leverage. Our technology platforms and solutions that drive transformation were designed in the Silicon Valley Innovation Hub in partnership with some of the foremost thought leaders and innovative companies in specific domains.
