Neeraj Gupta, Chief Executive Officer Neeraj is responsible for driving company strategy, focus on key customers and partnerships, and organizational development. Previously, Neeraj was a member of the executive team at Patni, a $700M Indian IT services company, and Founder/CEO of Cymbal, a services company focused on the telecom sector. Neeraj is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor. He is the Managing Partner at Cervin Ventures and sits on the board of various technology start-ups.     Michael G. Parks, Chief Delivery Officer Mike is responsible for all aspects of our delivery, solutions and practice development. Previously, he was CIO at Virgin Mobile USA and NorthPoint Communications, an Executive VP at Wells Fargo Bank responsible for all IT and operations for its credit cards division, and an SVP at Sabre. In these roles, Mike has built and led large multi-national, multi-vendor technology and operations teams. He started his career in Operations research at the Ford Motor Company.     Debashish Sinha, Chief Marketing Officer Debashish manages all marketing, branding and sales enablement activities. He is also responsible for key customer relationships. Prior to joining Systems In Motion, Debashish headed marketing at HCL America. His past experience spans over 19 years in the services marketing and sourcing industry, including several years spent as a Principal Analyst at Gartner, and Managing Partner at Conscient Partners LLC.     Colin Chapman, General Manager – Michigan Delivery Center Colin manages all aspects of Systems In Motion’s Michigan Delivery Center at Ann Arbor, MI. Previously, he was Vice President of IT at Arvin Meritor for the $2.3B light vehicles business. He spent 12 years at Accenture in various technology, architecture and process management roles. Colin was responsible for launching and growing the China operations for a Fortune 500 multinational chemicals company.
